Working together

I offer two main types of consultations: initial nutrition consultations and follow-up appointments. All new clients start with the initial where we do a deep dive into your specific situation which then sets the foundation for the protocol that will follow.

Follow-up appointments are check-ins for existing clients to review progress, change and alter the plan as necessary and ensure that things are moving in the right direction. There are no limits to how many follow-ups you can have and these will differ based on your individual situation. Check-ins usually take place every 4 weeks initially and then move to 6 weeks, although you’re welcome to have them sooner if you’d prefer.

In addition to the below appointments, you’ll also have my support via email throughout the entire process to ensure you’re getting as much support as you need.

  • Discovery call

    A free, no obligation phone call for us to connect and for you to ask any questions you might have about working together.

  • Initial Nutrition Consultation

    90 minutes in total. A pre-clinic questionnaire and food diary will be sent ahead of time for you to fill in.

    This session includes a thorough review of your medical history, a current health review and an assessment of your current diet, any supplements you’re taking, and a review of any current blood work if relevant.

    A personalised protocol including diet and lifestyle modifications and suggested supplements (if relevant) will be shared within 2-3 days.

  • Follow-up Appointment (existing clients only)

    45 - 60 minutes long and takes places 4 weeks after the initial consultation, and then every 4-6 weeks thereafter depending on your situation.

    This session is to discuss, review and assess your progress so far and to discuss and review any new developments, updates or changes to your health concern.

    The plan will then be updated, re-researched if needed and adjusted accordingly and sent within 1-2 days.
